Cost way too much with UberEATS fees. It cost me twice as much money to have food delivered.
These are tough time, I can't afford to use UberEATS at this time.

Absolutely no complaints! This service us so conveniant and easy to use. This day and age this service is needed and appreciated!

We ordered icecream from uber eats (I know it's lazy but it was a special occasion and I couldn't drive and it was late and super cold outside). We knew it was risky, so we ordered from a place just around the corner (3 min drive). Long story short, delivery driver took at least half an hour to deliver it, and drove straight past us first to deliver someone else's order in another suburb first. Ice cream was completely melted, had turned into thin soup. But the real kicker was when I contacted uber eats they simply flat out denied me any kind of refund because they said their times "didn't match" ours (though they would not specify how). I asked them to call the store to check when it was picked up if they need evidence as the driver had probably not been honest with his alerts. I also informed them that the driver pick up alert hadn't come through till he had already dropped of someone else's order on the way, so that could be responsible for the time difference. I then sent pictures of the 'soup' icecream so they send me another condescending email saying "we're sorry you had such a poor experience, but thank you for providing feedback to improve our service!" and they still wouldn't offer a refund. The emails are all automated and yet somehow passive aggressive. will never use them again, even menulog's no where near as bad.

Delivery was done promptly on time. Food was packed well.

The app works fine. The food was delivered correctly.
However, the cost was outrageous. The price of the food itelf was more expensive in the app than if you ordered straight from the store. It was $12.49 in fees for delivery of a pizza and wings. I will not be using the service again since I'm essentially paying double for my food after the fees and app markup

Great good service and fast

I ordered the Cracker Barrel Southern Fried Chicken. The food arrived hot, lots of condiments were provided and the quantity was such I actually got two meals out of it.

Prompt delivery, hot food stayed hot, cooled items were cold. Will be enjoying UberEats more.

I have UberEats couple times and never disappointed of the service. Delivery people are nice and receive foods on time. I use to use others foods delivery app but this one is THE BEST!

Google maps in the app direct the drivers into different locations (for some reason) even the given destination address was accurate. But I commend the two drivers who took care of my orders last Monday as they diligently called and communicated on the correct location of the recipient. Well-deserved of additional tips.
